The 2019 Pride Business Forum Conference will focus on the value of equality. Companies have equality as the basic principle they function by. How do we translate this principle into everyday corporate practice? What should companies do to ensure that no LGBT employee is left behind? This year’s conference will look at practical measures every employer can and should apply in order to implement LGBT equality at their workplaces. From easy to more complex – it is easier than you think!
Each year, over 200 participants including executives, Employee Resource Group members, HR and Diversity&Inclusion professionals join us to share strategies and best practices to create workplaces which are inclusive for LGBT people.
The 2019 Conference will feature inspirational keynote speakers, plenary sessions with prominent leaders and executives, workshops as well as networking opportunities. We will also announce recipients of LGBT Friendly Employer Awards 2018.
