Content & Communication Coordinator (Junior)
We’re looking for someone passionate about content, communication, and the dynamic world where business, diplomacy, and international cooperation come together.
Welcome to the British Chamber of Commerce – a place where business meets diplomacy, culture blends with technology, and communication creates real impact. Every day, we connect companies, professionals, and ideas from both the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. If you’re someone who thrives on new challenges, enjoys visibility and voice, and wants to shape how the world sees us – we’d love to meet you.
What will you do?
As our Content & Communication Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on all things communication. From managing the website, writing newsletters, and creating content for social media to drafting formal letters and designing visuals. You’ll be in regular contact with members, partners, and the media, attend our events, capture their atmosphere, and help us build a professional, accessible, and engaging public image for the Chamber.
- Keep our website fresh – update and manage its content
- Create and send newsletters people actually want to read
- Communicate with members, partners, and media
- Create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X – engaging, professional, and human
- Design event invitations, presentations, and write formal letters
- Attend Chamber events – take photos, write recaps, capture the vibe
- Join meetings, take minutes, and help us stay on track
What are we looking for?
- Basic skills in graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or alternatives)
- A strong grasp of how to make the most of social media – from reach to engagement
- Basic video editing skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of others – you can host or moderate at events
- Interest in AI and openness to using it in daily tasks
- Good awareness of global affairs and current events
- Fast, creative, and not afraid to take responsibility
- Able to handle pressure when deadlines hit
- Fluent in Czech and English
What do we offer?
You won’t just be taking on a job – you’ll get the opportunity to grow in an environment that brings together people, ideas, and opportunities from Czech and international business.
- Full time work in a prestigious international setting
- Regular contact with inspiring personalities from Czech and British business
- Access to top events, business breakfasts, and networking evenings
- A varied workday – no two days are alike
- Growth opportunities in communication, PR, and event management
- A supportive, close-knit team
- Long-term collaboration and career development
- Flexible working hours and partial home office
- Laptop, phone, and full support to do your job well
- Benefits: meal vouchers, Multisport card, sick days
If you’re drawn to an environment that connects Czech and British business, fosters international relationships, and actively contributes to public discourse, we’d love to hear from you.
