PwC invites you to attend the RPA Workshop “Identification of Suitable Processes for Automation”
It is no surprise that implementing robotic process automation in a company can greatly affect costs and improve efficiency. How to turn theory into practice and make a smooth move from initial analysis to final execution itself? Embark on a journey of six RPA workshops with us during which we will take you through all individual steps of RPA implementation, introduce, explain and demonstrate useful tools that you will have the opportunity to try out yourselves. The first workshop will teach you the following: How to assess and identify processes suitable for automation and how to set your priorities straight. Using practical examples, you will test the assessment of these processes. We will introduce our solution Expense bot, which automates the processes associated with travel expenses. The final part of the workshop will be dedicated to your questions.
