Ideal applicants for the programme are women who are seen as ‘potential leaders’ in their current business or organisation or women who have been out of the workforce due to a focus on family and have not been able to get back to the career path. We would expect the applicants to have been in management roles for a minimum of 3+ years.

Mentees should be prepared to meet with their mentor once a month for around 2 hours, and to attend a minimum of three joint sessions and a number of workshops or other meetings throughout the year.

Mentees should be independently minded, flexible and keen to develop and expand their skills and competencies in order to achieve their leadership and career goals.

Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in English. All shortlisted candidates will be contacted via a phone call for a short interview.

All mentee candidates will be asked to provide their Application form together with their CV (including a phone number on which they can be reached) with a short covering letter describing their expectations and what they wish to achieve by entering this programme, as well as a short bio and one current photo.
