Equilibrium Programme Become a Mentee
Ideal applicants for the programme are women who are seen as ‘potential leaders’ in their current business or organisation or women who have been out of the workforce due to a focus on family and have not been able to get back to the career path. We would expect the applicants to have been in management roles for a minimum of 3+ years.
Mentees should be prepared to meet with their mentor once a month for around 2 hours, and to attend a minimum of three joint sessions and a number of workshops or other meetings throughout the year.
Mentees should be independently minded, flexible and keen to develop and expand their skills and competencies in order to achieve their leadership and career goals.
Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in English. All shortlisted candidates will be contacted via a phone call for a short interview.
All mentee candidates will be asked to provide their APPLICATION FORM together with their CV, ONE CURRENT PHOTO and a short MOTIVATIONAL LETTER describing their expectations & what they wish to achieve by entering this programme, as well as including ANSWERS TO FOUR OF OUR QUESTIONS:
- How would you describe your ideal mentor? (Please let us know whether you prefer your mentor to be a woman or a man & whether you would prefer Czech-speaking or English-speaking mentor.)
- What is the field/issue where mentoring could aid you the most? (Please be very specific in terms of the sectors and your goals i.e. finance, marketing, hotel, HR, leadership…)
- What stands behind your motivation to join the Equilibrium programme?
- In case you are not based in Prague and we could not find the right match for you in your region – would it be possible for you to travel to Prague to attend your mentoring sessions?
