Industrial team of 108 AGENCY secured the leasing contract on a new warehouses for the leading supplier of logistics services Nagel Česko. New premise located in Olomouc will significantly expand the company’s coverage of the Moravian region. The company also strenghthens its position in Prague.
Nagel Česko, the company focusing on complex logistics services with specialization on the food industry, extents its operation throughout the country. Build to suit contract in VGP Park Olomouc started the construction of the new logistics premise, spreading 6 000 sq m. The company 108 AGENCY achieved to negotiate favorable leasing conditions so the building is going to be fitted directly to the client’s specific needs. The modifications include complex cooling system and cross docking for the effective manipulation of goods. The perfect visibility of the brand is guaranteed by the positioning of the warehouse at the front of the logistics park.
108 AGENCY succesfully provided new premises for the client also in the most sought after location of D1 highway in Prague East area. Aside from two existing warehouses, Nagel Česko now operates here also from the CEDEZ Logistik facility in Modletice, offering 4 000 sq m of warehousing space.
