Audit and tax advisory firm Moore Stephens significantly strengthens its office in Pilsen.
Representatives of Moore Stephens and TAX PARTNERS s.r.o. („TAX PARTNERS“) agreed on merger effective as at 1st September 2017. The transaction will significantly strengthen the position of the firm on the market in Western Bohemia.
“To our 25 existing professionals we will add another 12 specialists. We are one of the biggest advisory offices in Pilsen and our long-term plan is that we continue being a leader in advisory in Western Bohemia”, says Michal Daňsa, Partner of Pilsen office in Moore Stephens.
“We have worked with Moore Stephens on several projects and we found out that we have similar style of both working and thinking”, describes Hana Patočková, Partner of TAX PARTNERS. “It is therefore clear that we agreed on merger and I think that strong team and complexity in projects is what our clients expect form us more and more”, adds Ivan Kovář, Partner of TAX PARTNERS.
The services in all the offices will remain fully preserved, the teams working on client assignments will not change either. This is third transaction within last two years for Moore Stephens, whereas some other transactions are under the negotiation.
