NewsKapr Tapas Fest: Open Call For Foreign Chefs

Dear Sir/Madam,

it is my privilege to invite you to an international food festival called KAPR TAPAS FEST. The festival focuses on the traditional Czech fish – carp. As a part of our national heritage, our goal is to introduce carp to cuisines all over the world. The idea is, however, not only to enrich the Spanish, American, or Vietnamese dining tables, but also to take something from the countries’various approaches to cooking and enjoying the meal together as a community.

Our wish is to find participants from all over the world, the only requirement being to prepare one dish that includes carp. Apart from that, the participants can sell whatever from their original menu that can also serve as a manner of self-promo.

We do not require any special fees to participate in the event – we only ask for a maximum of 10 % from the kiosk’s turnover.

KAPR TAPAS FEST will take place 8 December 2019, approximately from 11 AM to 6 PM in the Prague´s city center in an indoor location. The festival is a project created by the students of Arts Management at University of Economics in Prague.

In case you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will happily answer all of your questions.

Best regards,

Ondřej Kubina, the head of the project KAPR TAPAS FESTIVAL
