It actively seeks out and implements various investment opportunities. As a regional company, it supports the activities of municipalities and non-profit companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

SILNICE MORAVA, founded in 1996, has extensive experience in the field of construction, maintenance and reconstruction of roads. Throughout its 25-year existence, it has strived for a satisfied customer under the motto “we treat our clients decently and with respect as we would like them to treat us.”

“Advising on the sale of a company is always exciting, even when most of it is done on-line,” said Tomáš Doležil, head of JŠK’s M&A practice. “The client’s objective was to sell the regional construction company to a large Czech player in the field of construction, and that is exactly what was achieved.”
