The JŠK law firm provided legal advice to shareholders of the North Moravian investment company cresco&finance a.s. in connection with the sale of its subsidiary SILNICE MORAVA s.r.o. to IMOS Brno, a.s. Our assistance mainly included the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
cresco&finance, based in Krnov, is a company specialising in asset management, projects, acquisitions, receivables trading and financing. It actively seeks out and implements various investment opportunities. As a regional company, it supports the activities of municipalities and non-profit companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
SILNICE MORAVA, founded in 1996, has extensive experience in the field of construction, maintenance and reconstruction of roads. Throughout its 25-year existence, it has strived for a satisfied customer under the motto “we treat our clients decently and with respect as we would like them to treat us.”
The JŠK transaction team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil in cooperation with senior associate Helena Hailichová and junior lawyer Jan Koprnický.
“Advising on the sale of a company is always exciting, even when most of it is done on-line,” said Tomáš Doležil, head of JŠK’s M&A practice. “The client’s objective was to sell the regional construction company to a large Czech player in the field of construction, and that is exactly what was achieved.”
Transaction advice to the sellers was provided by the team of MiddleCap Partners CZ s.r.o. led by Sabina Matzenauerová.
