NewsJŠK advised private equity fund GPEV IV from the Genesis Capital group on its investment in KASPER KOVO.

Genesis Private Equity Fund IV is a private equity fund of Genesis Capital that offers financing for growth and development to small and medium-size companies in Central Europe. Since its foundation in 1999, Genesis Capital has advised six private equity funds with a total volume exceeding EUR 350 million. These funds have already supported more than 70 companies. As part of the transaction, Dalibor Fiala, long-term top manager at John Crane, strengthens the company’s management as a new company CEO.
