Workshop is meant for mangers, directors, HR workers, but also for regular employees. Workshop will teach you how to support creative processes in the company and how to develop your individual creativity.
Description
Are you getting stuck by objections and you feel a lack of a team creative flow? Raise your productivity and team members engagement! We will try brainstorming techniques, creative warm-ups and critical ideas evaluation. Together we will explore the fear of making mistakes and the tendency to stuck in the stereotype.
Workshop is based on experiential learning (game approach) as well as you will understand the psychological background of business creativity and get practical tips.

Eva Řibřidová
Eva is a consultant at Assessment Systems International. She focuses on gamification in the recruitment and employee development. Through her knowledge of professional psychodiagnostics she sets adequate individual and team developmental goals and works efficiently towards them. Participants at her trainings appreciate her enthusiasm and the experiential learning approach.
Pavel Wieser
Systemic coach, psychologist and trainer. Currently working as a consultant at Assessment Systems International. In his trainings he applies the game-based approach which brings energy, motivation and valuable own experience to participants. He traveled the world as improvisational theater actor and teacher, and co-founded an international festival of improvisation in Prague.
