In this last session of the 8 series we will focus on answering the following questions:

• Why do the low performers tend to be the most satisfied members? What has the reward system got to do with it? And more importantly, how can we change that?
• How is performance, effort and satisfaction linked? And what can we do to achieve all of them?
• Is it true that once adult, we cannot really change? What is the role of extrinsic vs. intrinsic rewards?
• Aren’t we overpaying people, afterall?
