Workshop I Creativity: Say Goodbye to the Fear of Making a Mistake

Come and experience excellent workshop by Assessment Systems – Workshop about Creativity.

Workshop is meant for mangers, directors, HR workers, but also for regular employees. Workshop will teach you how to develop your individual creativity to a higher level.

Description:

In most cases we are afraid of making a mistake. We are being judged by others for most things we do (and we judge ourselves). That is the main problem, why we are not as creative as we could be. Among other creativity blockers, the fear of making a mistake takes a special place. At this workshop we will go through exercises and theories that will help you become more creative. You will not only see how simple it could be, but you will also get some hints how to support creativity in your teams.

Course content:

  • What is fear in a social context?
  • Pros and cons of self-censorship
  • Practical training of „letting things go“ and presenting your ideas and points of view
  • Kinesthetic response: Wisdom of your body and your intuition
  • Wrap-up: „So, can I be more creative?“

About the speakers: Pavel Wieser & Hana Keita-Rizmanová

Pavel Wieser – Systemic coach, psychologist and trainer. Currently working as a consultant at Assessment Systems International. In his trainings he applies the game-based approach which brings energy, motivation and valuable own experience to participants. He traveled the world as improvisational theater actor and teacher, and co-founded an international festival of improvisation in Prague.

Hana Keita-Rizmanová -Consultant, psychologist, coach, trainer. Currently working as a senior consultant at Assessment Systems International. Having rich corporate and managerial experience she emphasizes the practical use of the training content. She is always aiming at increasing the awareness, self-confidence and responsibility of the participants.
