BCC member Weinhold Legal cordially invites you to join the webinar Venture Capital Financing of Technology Start-Ups. This webinar will look at how venture capital financing transactions for technology and other start ups are developed and structured, with an emphasis on the legal and tax aspects of these transactions.
In our first webinar on 27th January, we provided an introduction to venture capital financing, including what venture capital financing is, what kinds of businesses may need it and how a business can prepare for a financing. Our second webinar will explain the structure of a venture capital financing transaction by examining a typical term sheet.
As well as the legal issues behind a transaction, ASB Prague will guide you through the tax issues related to venture capital financing.
