Description

Which of your negotiation habits are the effective ones? And which aren´t?

The question is not whether we negotiate. How effectively is the one. This highly impactful workshop offers participants positive reinforcement of their healthy negotiation habits as well as areas for further growth.
Target audience: British Chamber members who negotiate regularly.

Typically: managers with own decision making authority, CEOs, Senior Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Managers and similar.

What will I do in this programme?
The Essentials is not a spectator sport. You´ll be an active player. In fact, you´ll need to accept a challenge even before the program starts. The pay-off : very precise personal feedback on the thigs you do well, the attitudes that help, as well as the areas of possible growth. We´ll use a two-party salary negotiation as a basis for our learnings. You´ll leave with a clear action plan and be requested to boast with your results afterwards. Yes, you can drink the champaign alone. Or with your loved ones.

To apply for the workshop you have to fill in the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/323WQ86 and register.
