Join us to hear an inspiring story by Ivana Makalová Dlouhá – Market Director at KFC Czech & Austria overseeing 130 KFC stores and managing a team of over 6,000 employees.
Ivana started her journey with KFC in 2005 as a part-time cashier during her university studies and has progressed through various positions within the company, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in different departments and other AmRest brands. Ivana’s passion lies in operations, where she has found her purpose. In addition, Ivana is also a Certified Insight Discovery Trainer and a certified cook-waitress.
Outside of work, Ivana enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a passion for horse riding. Her motto in life is “If you believe, you can achieve.” She believes in the power of self-belief and determination to overcome challenges and achieve success.
