We invite you to the fourth workshop of the Ment2Grow programme: Effective organisation. The workshop will take place on March 13, 2019, and will be conducted in English.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

 

  • How to decide the right time to implement a HR structure/Manager.
  • What does that structure look like
  • Talent acquisition/recruitment – how to, who to use and above all how to retain.
  • HR – strategic and business role – not only admin
  • Q&A hr strategies, policies, do’ and don’t’s.
