Petr Vokroj, Country Manager, Marks and Spencer CZ

Petr Vokroj joined Marks & Spencer Czech Republic in 2010 to drive the Foods division performance across six countries in CEE. Over time, Food sales grew from a 10% share of total business to a 35% share. In 2016 his responsibilities included Clothing & Home buying and trading. In 2019 his remit expanded to the Marketing area as well. Appointed as Country Manager in June 2022, he has been navigating the business through difficult post-Brexit retail waters with an ambition of growing sales and profit.

 

Tomas Matl, CEO, Colours of Data Ltd.

Tomas Matl is a professional with a technology background and 25 years of cross-industry experience in business, technology and consulting. With his Colours of Data team, he focuses on guiding companies to transform into data-driven and customer-centric organisations. This covers mainly the following areas: helping clients to build actionable data insights about their customers, which leads to improving customer experience and improving the value they get from the brand; helping organisations to increase their data and analytics maturity; automate and digitalise their operations.
