The ESG Executive Leadership Academy, hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with EY, is an exclusive event tailored for mid and senior management professionals, with participation limited to just 20 individuals. Lecturers

Markéta Horková | EY Senior Manager, Climate Change and Sustainability Services

With over 15 years years of experience in international corporate finance, collaborating with leading players in the industry. At present, she advises multinational companies on ESG strategies, policies, and disclosures.

 

 

Petr Karel | Managing Director, London Market; Vice-chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the BCC Sustainability Working Group

London Market, based in Prague/London, focuses on services in the areas of export and structured finance, international trade and cross-border investment. Petr has also been involved in projects concerning renewable energy, a transition from fossil to sustainable energy and an international scientific regenerative farming project addressing the global issues of climate change, land degradation and bio-sequestration of CO2 emissions.

Radim Koštial | Sipral Sales and Pre-Construction Director, Board Member

For over 30 years, Radim has worked in international business, primarily in construction. As a shareholder, he helped build Fastherm, a construction materials company later sold to Tremco illbruck. Radim moved to Cologne as Head of International Product Management and a member of the top management. Under RPM’s ownership, he returned to Prague to manage a business unit across Europe, Asia, and Africa. In 2015, he joined Sipral to develop Sipral UK. After nine years, he handed over the UK operations and returned to Prague as Sales and Pre-Construction Director and Sipral’s Board member.

Alice Machová | EY Partner, Climate Change and Sustainability Services

With over twenty years of experience in consulting, Alice is leading ESG transformation & Sustainable finance projects for a number of Czech and multinational companies. The EY CCaSS team is supporting clients with CSRD, EU Taxonomy and other hot topics. Alice is one of the founding members of the Sustainability Working Group at the British Chamber of Commerce.

Igor Mora | ING Bank, Head of Sectors Czech Republic and Slovakia

Igor joined ING in 2016 and is currently responsible for clients in the Czech Republic and Slovakia., focusing on sustainability and energy transition. Igor has been a very active promoter of sustainability in the form of educational events while also actively working on client transition pathways. Prior to joining ING, he was with Deloitte for 9 years where he was part of the Infrastructure and Capital Projects (I&CP) team and later on part of the Corporate Finance team. Within his career at Deloitte, he has specialised in M&A transaction services, PPP projects, financial and investment analysis and financial modelling.
