With 16 years at BCC, Silvia’s professional achievements are remarkable. She founded Avlis, a company that successfully marketed konjac products across Czech e-commerce and retail, eventually selling it with a turnover of 15 million CZK. Silvia’s story is one of resilience and determination, overcoming significant personal challenges as a single mother.
