BCC Leadership Academy with MgC Group – Adéla Karlovská

The British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic and MgC Group, are announcing BCC Leadership Academy.

For: managers, leaders, head of and HR employees

Reason: How to become a real leader. Self-reflection of the leader. How understand to the others and to “my” team, how to create an effective team. How become valuable manager and be able to lead teams and meetings. How to process approvals and proper feed backs. How build character of leader. Get to know about mentoring and coaching methods. Learn how to work with stress, burn out syndrome and conflicts. Learn presentation skills and how to become interesting presenter.

Time: each workshop takes 4 hours (9:00 – 13:00)
