6th BCC Leadership Academy with MgC Group – Adéla Karlovská

The British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic and MgC Group, are announcing 6th BCC Leadership Academy.

For: managers, leaders, head of and HR employees

Reason: How to become a real leader. Self-reflection of the leader. How understand to the others and to “my” team, how to create an effective team. How become valuable manager and be able to lead teams and meetings. How to process approvals and proper feed backs. How build character of leader. Get to know about mentoring and coaching methods. Learn how to work with stress, burn out syndrome and conflicts. Learn presentation skills and how to become interesting presenter.

Time: each workshop takes 4 hours (9:00 – 13:00)

  • Building an image of a leader
  • Non-verbal communication (NLP approach, rapport)
  • Learning pyramid, forgetting curve, attention graph vs. time
  • Structure of presentation
  • How to start and end the presentation
  • Rules for the presenter
  • Motivation (how to motivate oneself and others)
  • Employee engagement (how to support employees)

  • Delegation (rules for delegation)
  • Evaluation interviews (preparation, setting up KPIs, SMART goals, agile approach)

  • Preparation before the meeting
  • Structure during and after the meeting
  • Meeting participants (how to motivate them, how to work with them)
  • Remote management (remote team management, main tasks for the remote manager)

  • SCRUM (effective method for organizing and leading a team according to agile methodologies)
