Women’s Employment and Inclusive Business Environment: Czech and British Experience
Description
Report
On 20 November, the British Chamber of Commerce, together with Provident, presented you with a debate panel focusing on Women’s Employment and Inclusive Business Environment. This topic has been gaining significance, as inclusion and diversity are fundamental to a modern, prosperous workplace today.
Panellists, being successful female leaders, discussed their personal experiences with diversity and shared their views on how much of a chance women are given at the highest business level nowadays. Following that, the Czech Republic and the UK were put together in one sentence, as the panellists drew comparisons between these two countries and picked out good and bad practices in both.
