BCC is inviting you to become a member of our Equilibrium Community and to join next year’s Edition of the 10-month Equilibrium Mentoring Programme. The 12th Equilibrium Mentoring Programme starts on September 22nd 2022 and ends on June 30th 2023.
Equilibrium is a statewide mentoring programme with a special focus on Prague, Brno and Ostrava. Regional cooperation is equally important and other regions can also join the Programme. It is a unique 10-month mentoring programme full of networking and engaging activities.
Thanks to our 12-year long tradition, we have connected more than 1000 mentoring couples from 500 companies. We have established a community of CEO level managers and leaders from all areas of business. This benefit is available for a very reasonable price and it brings a win-win to everyone.
Our approach is to establish a strong connection between the mentoring couple and move forward by joining the 10-month journey of one-2-one mentoring sessions. This is ensured by a careful matchmaking process during which the most suitable candidates are put together. Equilibrium also brings many opportunities for networking and for participation in the following events.

The main goal of the Programme is to encourage women in business and management positions who are committed to further professional growth. Equilibrium provides support also to women returning to work after an extended period of time, such as after parental leave, or for those who just want to restart their career.
As a Mentor you will get the opportunity to share your experience and guide your Mentee through your area of expertise.

There are Individual Mentee Packages available so everyone is given the opportunity to join the Programme.
