NewsDeloitte has four new partners

Deloitte appointed four new partners on 1 June 2019. They are Nik Černomorský from Risk Advisory, Jiří Sauer from Audit & Assurance, Roman Ženatý from Tax & Legal and Karel Veselý from Consulting.

I believe that their experience and deep professional knowledge in the local and international environment will boost the strong growth of our firm, especially when many business areas undergo dynamic technological changes,” says Diana Rádl Rogerová, Deloitte’s Managing Partner.

Nik Černomorský leads the Risk Advisory function and the Central European Risk Advisory Automotive team. He is responsible for the strategy and vision of Cyber, Operational and Regulatory risk services. He has strong engineering and academic background with over 16 years of business experience. Nik joined Deloitte Consulting in 2013. He holds a master’s degree from Masaryk University in Brno and also from Moscow State University with specialisation in Applied Cosmonautics, Applied Informatics focused on Organisation and Technology of Information Protection.

Jiří Sauer joined Deloitte in 2005 after graduating in international trade at the University of Economics in Prague. He is a member of foreign and local audit organisations, holds the dipIFR qualification and is registered as a statutory auditor in the Czech Republic. He was seconded to Deloitte’s office in San Jose, California between 2009 and 2011. He specialises in providing services primarily to US companies and clients operating in the area of technology, media and telecommunication. Jiří is the Czech leader of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme that annually recognises the fastest-growing technological firms.

Roman Ženatý focuses on tax and accounting aspects of M&A transactions and restructurings. His expertise also includes corporate income taxation, international taxation and due diligence processes. He has more than 20 years of experience in international and local projects. Roman is a registered auditor, tax advisor and a certified accountant.

Karel Veselý has been a member of Deloitte’s Actuarial & Insurance Solutions team for ten years. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions in the insurance sector and advisory to insurers. Karel specialises in Solvency II, business strategy, client segmentation, data quality and distribution regulation. He holds a PhD degree from Charles University, Prague.
