Starting from September, Eva Usai Blumental transferred to brand and marketing advisory services
“I am convinced that my significant experience can be very helpful in the area of brand and marketing also for small and medium-sized enterprises. After 25 years, most of them are now preparing for the entry of investors and the value of their company’s brand is therefore of great importance in these transactions. Those that want to focus on continuing to develop the family business can profit from a professional outside perspective, as it is one of the ways to continue their successful specialisation.”
In the last ten years, Eva managed the marketing of Deloitte Czech Republic and in the past also in Slovakia. Since the beginning of 2017, she has focused primarily on external promotion of the company, strengthening of the brand, and activities in the area of social responsibility. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2008 she held managing positions in the banking sphere for companies such as ČSOB, Živnostenská banka, Citibank or OTP Bank in Hungary. She also worked as a marketing advisor in the hospitality industry for the Italian group Boscolo. She started her professional career as a journalist in Riga, Latvia.
“Over the more than twenty years of my career I have worked for major international companies whose brands have a high value. The marketing support of each of them in the local environment often required unique solutions, regardless of how successful the brand was globally. Each segment and each firm in which I worked provided me with something completely different, as I did for them. Now I am prepared to offer the right mix of all this to my clients.”
Eva has been a member of the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Business Brand Council within the international “Superbrands Award” programme in the Czech Republic. She is the author of the successful marketing campaign “Záleží na tom” focused on supporting the brand and activities in the area of CSR (www.zalezinatom.cz).
“My work has always been about combining innovative thinking with a creative approach, no marketing project can do without that. I also plan to cooperate with large companies on projects where I can make use of my unique experience that could be a suitable complement for the knowledge and skills of these companies’ marketing teams.”
Eva Usai Blumental graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Technical University in Riga, Latvia, with a specialisation in cybernetics.
