Allen & Overy is pleased to announce that as of 1 May 2020 Petra Myšáková has been promoted to Counsel.
Petra joined Allen & Overy in 2009. She is a well-known specialist in both banking and finance law, and private international law. She focuses on advising financial institutions as lenders, and corporations as borrowers, in particular on the financing of acquisitions, real estate, projects and assets. Petra is regularly quoted in a number of domestic and international publications. Legal directories have described her as a “shining star” and clients praise her: “Petra’s expertise is second to none. She is a lawyer you want to have on your side.”
She has regularly been included in the list of “Leading Female Lawyers in the Czech Republic” in which the Economia publishing house awards female professional icons that push the boundaries of their fields. Last year, Petra was named “Rising Star: Czech Republic” by Euromoney Legal Media Group Europe.
