Alza.cz, leading e-commerce retailer in Czech Republic, renewed the leasing contract in P3 Park Prague Horní Počernice. This transaction, totalling 14 000 sq m, was mediated by the industrial team of 108 AGENCY, strengthening its position as a dominant industrial real estate consultants in the e-commerce sector.
Alza.cz, leading on-line retailer of computers, electronics and consumer goods in Czech Republic prolonged the leasing contract in existing spaces of H2 and E buildings, securing the position in highly attractive location nearby the D10 highway.
Renegotiation of leasing terms in one of the largest logistics parks in Central Europe, P3 Prague Horní Počernice, follows the previous cooperation of Alza.cz with 108 AGENCY. As a result of these negotiations in total amount of 35 000 sq m the company has secured itself more effective leasing conditions in Horní Počernice industrial park as well as new premises in Prologis Park Úžice.

P3 Prague Horní Počernice is located in Prague East, 15 minutes from Prague city center, on exit 3 of D10 motorway (Prague – Mladá Boleslav – Germany). The park is easily accessible by public transport – the metro station Černý Most is 1.5 km away, the train station is less than 1 km away and a regular bus line operates within the park. Construction of this park began in 2006 and currently consists of 28 warehouse buildings. With its occupancy at 95%, the park is one of the most attractive in the country.
