Today we are holding our Annual General Meeting at the Hotel Alchymist, Tržište 19 at 6pm.  I look forward to seeing as many members as possible.  You do not need to have registered in advance.  We will be electing one member of the board, and celebrating the award of COBCOE Small Chamber of the Year 2012.  We will notify you of the results after the event.

We still have some spaces to hear Jan Fischer speak at the British Embassy at 1100 on ‘The EU – does it know where it is going?’.  This event is free and only open to members.

As you know, we are always looking for ways to promote members’businesses.  I am delighted therefore to be hosting a lunch on June 22nd at Vino di Vino at 1230 with the London representatives of CzechTrade, CzechInvest and the Economic Counsellor from the Czech Embassy.  This follows discussions about how the Chamber can reach out to potential investors and traders interested in the Czech Republic.  They are particularly interested in meeting professional service members who they can recommend.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want further information.
