In your role as a manager you are required to be successful in many different dialogues with employees in the workplace. It is of highest importance that these talks lead to resolving difficult situations, improved results and more satisfied employees. The ability to conduct successful conversations is the most important tool for you to fulfil your managerial goals – getting things done and developing your employee’s competences. The company also will see the benefit in the short term in resolving immediate issues and in the longer term, the increased commitment of its staff and building relations between managers and employees.

Workshop training methods
Presentation of theory and methods, interviewing in smaller groups and case-work will be the training methods. Involvement of participants and examples from their workplace will be prioritised.
