This workshop is for managers or business owners who:
have spent their life resenting feedback without really knowing why
are wondering why their feedback isn‘t producing much better, more consistent results
would like to create a work environment where people were really learning from each other
are challenged with having to get more done with less financial and people resources
and are managing at least a team of three.
The goals are:
experience how you can produce much better, more consistent results with your feedback
change how you think and feel about feedback
learn what you can change to make your feedback transformational
implement the changes after the session in your company and see the results.

This training forms part of a two day workshop. The second session is optional and is available only to participants of the first day. This will take place in approximately one month by arrangement. The cost would be the same as Strategic Feedback workshop.
The first day is highly inspirational, experimental and gives some theory background.
In the second day, learn from yourself and others how to really create the impact you need. The facilitator will be coaching each participant on their personal „feedback transformation journeys“ the whole day.
